Cyle Zezo

Previously serving as head of alternative programming for The CW, and having exec produced several series including Penn & Teller: Fool Us, Mysteries Decoded and Recipe for Disaster, Zezo has transformed a passion — driving awareness about sustainable production practices in the face of climate change — into full-fledged advocacy by founding Reality of Change, an organization that promotes environmental sustainability solutions on set and screen in unscripted entertainment. In 2023, Zezo developed the ABCs of Climate Storytelling, a framing device that is now used by content creators and organizations in multiple countries. Last year, he partnered with the global environmental non-profit Rare to host an advisory committee of more than 30 U.S.-based unscripted production companies to establish a new sustainability roadmap for the sector.
